General conditions of use of the website

Any person who visits one or more pages of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) undertakes to comply with the General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “GTU”) of the Site, as defined below.

The GTU in force are those published at the time the User accesses the Site.

FRANCE AESTHETIC reserves the right to modify the GTU at any time by publishing a new version of them on the Site. These changes come into effect as soon as they are posted and are binding on all Users from that moment.

FRANCE AESTHETIC strives to keep the Site content up to date.

The professional cosmetic products and medical devices of the FRANCE AESTHETIC brand (hereinafter the “Products”) presented on the Site do not constitute a sales offer but a general presentation of the various Products that FRANCE AESTHETIC distributes in the countries where they are marketed.

FRANCE AESTHETIC therefore invites Users to refer to the description of each Product to learn about its specific characteristics, which are available on the commercial websites of the various companies within the FRANCE AESTHETIC Group and its partners.

In case of doubt, or if the User wishes to obtain additional information about a Product presented on the Site, they may contact FRANCE AESTHETIC by email at: [email protected]

The Site is normally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the control of FRANCE AESTHETIC, as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

It is specified that the operation of the Site may be temporarily degraded or interrupted, in whole or in part, particularly for reasons of maintenance or updates, to ensure the proper functioning of the Site. Such interruptions may occur without prior notice and do not entitle the User to any compensation.

FRANCE AESTHETIC makes no commitment regarding the performance of the Site and cannot be held liable in this respect.

FRANCE AESTHETIC grants the User a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable right to use the Site and the original intellectual works and data it contains. FRANCE AESTHETIC may collect and process the User’s personal data, the use of which is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Files, and Civil Liberties, as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, and by the Digital Republic Act of October 7, 2016, as well as European Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and any other regulations that may apply to personal data.

With the aim of best responding to User requests, FRANCE AESTHETIC may share certain information with its service providers, referred to as “processors” under the aforementioned law (for example, providers of IT or customer service). In all other cases, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without the User’s prior consent.

  • Improving the Site through data provided by audience measurement services. The cookies used for this purpose allow the analysis of User behavior in an overall and anonymous way. Information about the User’s use of the Site is transmitted to these services anonymously (with truncated IP addresses).

Behavioral data collection is carried out to compile statistical reports on Site activity, which help FRANCE AESTHETIC make decisions regarding Site improvements. The Site therefore does not associate the User’s IP address with any information that could personally identify them.

The User is informed that they can withdraw their consent to the use of cookies from the Site or third-party sites at any time, either for all cookies or for specific categories of purposes.
